Subject: Maintenance of Painting External Electrical Installation and Sanitary Installation SRS Revenue Bureau The Somali Regional State Revenue Bureau hereby invites eligible and qualified contractors/ suppliers to participate in the procurement for the Maintenance of Painting, External Electrical Installation, and Sanitary 111517141aOn Works for the SRS Revenue Bureau building.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

1. Suppliers/contractors intending to participate in public procurement shall register themselves using the registration form made available for this purpose on the relevant Bureau/BoFED website.
2. A valid VAT Registration Certificate issued by the competent Revenue Bureau.
3. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the competent Revenue Bureau,
4. Valid and relevant professional practice certificates/licenses, as applicable to the works being procured.
5. For bidders participating as a Joint Venture (JV), n valid Joint Venture Agreement or Letter of Intent to form a JV, together with a draft JV agreement, iii accordance with 1113 Clouse 18.2, Indicating at least the parts of the Works to be executed by each respective partner.
6. Any other documents or information required to be completed and submitted by bidders, as specified in the Bidding Data Sheet (UDS) and bidding documents.

2. BID DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUCTION

Interested eligible bidders may collect the complete bidding documents, including the Book of Specifications and Bid Instructions, from the Procurement Unit of the Somali Regional State Revenue Bureau, Jigjiga, during official working hours before the bid submission deadline. Bidders are responsible for carefully reviewing all instrctions contained at the bidding documents before submitting their bids .

3. BID SUBMISSION

1. The bidder shall submit one original and one copy of the technical and financial bid documents.
2. The original and copy shall be properly sealed and clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY", respectively, as required by the bidding documents.

4. Bid Submission Deadline: 07 October 2026 at 8:45 AM.
5. Bid Opening: 07 October 2026 at 8:45 AM at the Somali Regional State Revenue Bureau Office, Jigjiga, immediately after the submission deadline, unless otherwise communicated in accordance with the applicable procurement procedures.
6. The bid will be closed on October 07, 2026 at AM or ( 9:20 AM ) or (3:20 AM).
7. In the event of a change or postponement of the bid opening date/time, bidders will be informed through the appropriate official communication channel.

4. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

NB:- The Somali Regional State Revenue Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or reject any part of a bid, in accordance with the applicable public procurement rules and the conditions stated in the bidding documents.
