ንብረቱን ደብረ ብርሃን ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋናው ግቢ መጋዘን ድረስ አጓጉዘው የማያስረክቡ ከሆነ ዋጋ አይሙሉ፡፡
ንብረቱ በእስፔኩ መሰረት በቴክኒካል ኮሜቴ ተረጋግጦ ገቢ የሚደረግ ይሆናል፡፡
ለውድድሩ የተጠየቀውን የህጋዊነት ማስረጃዎች በሲስተሙ ላይ መለጠፍዎን እንዳለ ሆኖ ከተሰማሩበት የንግድ ዘርፍ ውጪ አይለጥፉ፡፡
ዋጋ ሲሞሉ በዝርዝር መስፈርቱ እና ዝርዝር መግለጫው/specification/ በጥንቃቄ በመመልከት ይሙሉ ፡፡
ተጫራቹ የተሰማሩበት የንግድ መስክ ተዛማጅ ካልሆነ ከውድድር ውጪ ያስደርጋል፡፡
ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
