- •Valid Tax Clearance Certificate: Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- •Business Organization Registration Certificate: Bus/Org/Reg/Certificate
- •Other Documents: Submission of confirmation Letter to deliver within three days after award

Bidders shall attach Catalogue of the Items!
The Board shall have wooden frame!
Sample Notice Board is mandatory and technically passed is financially evaluated!
Bidders shall take care of not only matching the Documents they shall have prepared complying with our specification but also the quality of the Goods technically acceptable which is seen at delivery time by technical evaluators.
Payment is done after Delivery, Technical verification & Financial Process of the University by Internet Banking via Supplier’s CBE Account.
Bidder shall deliver the Goods within three days of award so agreement Letter shall be needed
