- ቅ/ጽ ቤቱ የፕሮፎርማ ሂደቱን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
- አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ዕቃዉን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
- አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ደረሰኝ ከመቁረጡና ዕቃዉን/ሞባይሉን/ ገቢ ከማድረጉ በፊት ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ በአካል ሳምፕሉን በማምጣት በስፔኩ መሰረት የቀረበ ስለመሆኑ ማሳየት ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
- የሚቀርበዉ ሞባይል በስፔኩ መሰረት ሆኖ ደረጃዉን የጠበቀ መሆን አለበት፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ፡- በቸልተኝነት የተሞላ ዋጋ በስህተት ነዉ ብሎ ማስተባበል ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡
- አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ዕቃዉን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
- አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ደረሰኝ ከመቁረጡና ዕቃዉን/ሞባይሉን/ ገቢ ከማድረጉ በፊት ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ በአካል ሳምፕሉን በማምጣት በስፔኩ መሰረት የቀረበ ስለመሆኑ ማሳየት ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
- የሚቀርበዉ ሞባይል በስፔኩ መሰረት ሆኖ ደረጃዉን የጠበቀ መሆን አለበት፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ፡- በቸልተኝነት የተሞላ ዋጋ በስህተት ነዉ ብሎ ማስተባበል ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡
