Ethiopian institute of Certified Public Accountant (ETiCPA) invited interested and potential bidders for the procurement of the consultancy service specified in the table below.

- Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Institute's Procurement Manual and Policy and are open to all eligible bidders. The bid proposals price and delivery time should manage in fixed term.
- A complete set of Bidding Document in English is obtained in the institute office of Procurement unit, located at Bole Olympia square, Olympia Heights Building, 9th floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time (Monday - Friday) and except on public or government holidays or will available in soft copies if requested by interested bidders, without any offer /fee of getting the bid document.
- The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount listed in above table from recognized banks and must be valid at least for 90 days after technical bid opening date.
- The bid in one original and one copy (technical & financial) properly filled in, signed and stamped, should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement Management office located at Bole Olympia square, Olympia Heights Building, 9th floor, on or before October 09, 2026 at 4:00 P.M local time.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who want to attend the opening ceremony on October 09, 2026, at 4:10 PM at the office of Procurement unit at the specified location. Late bids shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose.
- In case any unforeseen situation or Public or Government Holiday resulting in closure of office on the date of opening the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
- ETICPA reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to bidders.
