1. Governing Law & Compliance: The contract is governed entirely by the laws and regulations of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, along with Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency ([FPPA]
2.Pricing & Currency: All rates, itemized parts, and service costs must be quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and remain firm and fixed for the duration of the purchase order contract.
3.Payment Terms: Payment is processed following successful delivery, complete installation, and formal acceptance of the goods and repair services, subject to standard government institutional accounting procedures.
የህግ ተገዢነት እና አፈፃፀም፡ ውሉ ሙሉ በሙሉ በኢፌዴሪ ሕጎች እና ደንቦች እንዲሁም በሕዝብ ግዢና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ ([FPPA]) መመሪያዎች መሠረት የሚተዳደር ይሆናል።
ዋጋ እና ምንዛሬ፡ ሁሉም ዋጋዎች፣ የተዘረዘሩ መለዋወጫዎች እና የአገልግሎት ወጪዎች በኢትዮጵያ ብር (ETB) ሊቀርቡ የሚገባ ሲሆን፣ የግዢ ትዕዛዙ ውል እስከሚጠናቀቅበት ጊዜ ድረስ ጸንተው የሚቆዩ እና የማይለወጡ ይሆናሉ።
የክፍያ ሁኔታዎች፡ ክፍያ የሚፈጸመው እቃዎች በተሳካ ሁኔታ ከቀረቡ፣ ሙሉ በሙሉ ከተገጠሙ እና የጥገና አገልግሎቶቹ በባለሙያዎች ተረጋግጠው ከተቀበሉ በኋላ፣ ከመንግሥት መሥሪያ ቤቶች መደበኛ የሂደት ሥርዓት ጋር ተጣጥሞ ይሆናል።
