WE-LEAD Ethiopia invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Sustainable Spring Water Development and Community WASH Promotion Project, comprising three spring water projects in the Southwest Ethiopia Regional State, Konta Zone, Koysha District, Oshka Kebele. Number of water points: 3 villages (Oshka Kebele, Shina/02, Donka/02, and Meselech/Markato)
Bid Submission Closing Date: September 30, 2026
Qualifications:
▪ Valid, renewed business/trade license and registration appropriate for water and construction works
▪ At least 3 years of experience in spring development, rural water supply, pipelines, or similar WASH construction
▪ Qualified water/construction technician, mason, plumber, and other required personnel
▪ Appropriate measures for worker and community safety, environmental protection, and site management
Eligible bidders must obtain the BOQ and Instructions by requesting them via email at operations@leadethiopia.org and submit complete bids to operations@leadethiopia.org in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.
