• አገልግሎቱን በተፈለገው ጊዜና ፍጥነት ማግኘት እንዲቻል ይረዳ ዘንድ ጨረታውን መሳተፍ የሚችሉት በሀዋሳ ከተማ ውስጥ ሆቴል ፣ሬስቶራንት እና ካፍቴሪያ ያላቸው ድርጅቶች ብቻ ናቸው፡፡
