• እያንዳንዱ ዕቃ ጥራት ያለው መሆን አለበት፣
• በተቀመጠው ስፔስፊኬሽን(Specification) መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት፣
• ጨረታ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ ማድረግ እና ተቋሙ ከተረከበ በኃላ ክፍያ ይፈጸማል፣
• መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፍልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡
• በተቀመጠው ስፔስፊኬሽን(Specification) መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት፣
• ጨረታ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ ማድረግ እና ተቋሙ ከተረከበ በኃላ ክፍያ ይፈጸማል፣
