የማይነበቡ እና ግልፅ ያልሆኑ እንድሁም በጥራት የማይታዩ የመወዳደሪያ ዶክመንቶችን በሲስተም ማያያዝ ከዉድድር ዉጪ ያደርጋል፡፡
ጨረታዉን ያሸነፈዉ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃ እስከ ቦንጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግቢ ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡
