lot 1 to install Data Center and Network Supply, Installation, configuration and ready to use

lot 2 to install outdoor and indoor CCTV CAMERA SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION AND READY TO USE AND

LOT3 ELECTRO MECANICAL SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION AND READY TO USE AND ELECTRIC FECESCHER AND

LOT4 sanitary fecscher at ANRS Housing Development Enterprise on Bahir Dar site for Kebele - 01 project G+7 Building.

1. ANRS Housing Development Enterprise has invited was sealed bids comprising of Technical & Financial Proposal from eligible Bidders for providing all the necessary labor, material & equipment for the lot1; lot2 and lot3 Supply, Installation, configuration and ready to use.
2. The invitation is open to all perspective bidders that have Certificate of Registration from respective authorities, renewed trade license with Network installation and related Interested bidders shall submit the following evidences: -
   1. Trade License renewed for the Year;
   2. It's Tax Clearance Certificate which states that the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of the bids, and
   3. TIN number Certificate.
   4. VAT Registration Certificate
3. bid documents may be obtained by any interested eligible bidders in ANRS Housing Development Enterprise main office, Bahir Dar kebel 03/ Bahir dar health center on the south direction /, Office no.202 buy a bid document Upon payment of non-refundable birr 800 (Eight Hundred) to whom all inquiries and Correspondences should be addressed.
4. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the sum equal to 1% of the total submitting cost including VAT at the Bidder's option, in any of the following forms: An unconditional Bank Guarantee OR CPO.
5. For each proposal lot 1 and lot2, you should prepare One Original and one copies. Each Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal should be marked "Original" and "Copy" as appropriate. The bid security shall be placed separately in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "Bid Security".
6. For each proposal lot3 and lot4, you should prepare One Original and one copies.
7. Sealed technical & financial documents shall be submitted to ANRS Housing Development Enterprise, on or before 21 calendar days from the first date of advertisement at 4:00 local time and shall be publicly opened at 22th calendar day starting from first advertisement date at 4:15 local time. If the opening date lies on a non-working day, it will be shifted to the next working day in ANRS Housing Development Enterprise, when the name of bidders and the amount of their bids will be declared. Bidders are advised to attend the opening of bids. Late bids shall be rejected.
8. Applicants who do not meet a minimum technical qualification criteria allocated will be considered as not pre-qualified and their price (financial) bid document will be returned to the applicant without opening it. And all Bids will be evaluated based on first technical evaluation & second financial least bidder. A firm will be selected under least Cost Based Selection procedures described in the BID DOCUMENT.
9. The Bidder which this invitation is made, is to fulfill all the duties & responsibilities as detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
10. The Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
