1.የግዥ ፈፃሚው አካል ስም የመከላከያ ጤና ዋና መምሪያ(Defence Health Main Department) ነው፡፡ዋና መምሪያው ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 2.ለኢንተርኔት ዝርጋ አገልግሎት የሚውል ገመድ ዋጋ ስትሞሉ በቀረበው ስፔስፊኬሽን መሠረት ጥራታቸውን የጠበቁ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ ጥራታቸውን ካልጠበቁና በፍላጎት አቅራቢው ክፍል ተቀባይነት ካላገኙ ተመላሽ ተደርገው ተቀይረው እንደሚቀርቡ መታወቅ ይኖርበታል፡፡
