- ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ለእያንዳንዱ ዕቃ ሳንፕል መቅረብ አለበት
- ዕቃውን የምታስረክቡት ሀዋሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ግቢ መሆንኑ እንገልጻለን፡፡
- በተጨማሪ ደረሰኝ ካሽ ሪጅስተር መሆን አለበት ካልሆነ የብርሃንና ሰላም /ባር ኮድ/ ያለው ደረሰኝ ሲሆን ከገቢዎች የተፈቀደበት ደብዳቤ መምጣት ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
