- Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Different IT Trainings. Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
- Supplier Registration Certificate
- Renewed trade license
- TIN Certificate (only for local Bidders)
- VAT Registration (only for local Bidders)
- Tax Clearance Certificate (only for local Bidders)
- Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from September 14, 2026 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr) or Equivalent amount in easily convertible currency to customer Accounts Transaction Services office, Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate at DBE Kiyamed Building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office).
- Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before September 29, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia DBE Kiyamed Building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office).
- Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on September 29, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) In the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Kiyamed Building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office), Procurement Directorate, 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 557 8088, ext. 378.
- Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents (Original and one Copy) separately in sealed envelope.
