1-ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩበት አቅርቦት በዘርፉ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ እቃው በባለሙያዎች ተፈትሾ በመስፈርቱ መሰረት መሆኑ ሲረጋገጥ ገቢ የሚደረግ መሆኑን ማወቅ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
2-የጨረታው አሸናፊ መ/ቤቱ በሚመድበው ሰራተኛ ስለትክክለኛነታቸው አስመርምሮ ያስረክባል፡፡ የተሰነጠቀ፣ የተሸራረፈ፣ያገለገለ፣ የጎደለ፣ ወይም ከመስፈርት (specification) ውጪ የሆኑ አቅራቢው በራሱ ወጪ ይመልሳል፡፡
3-መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በሕግ የተጠበቀ ነው
