Addis Bank S.C. would like to invite a Public Auditor registered at Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia to undertake the audit of its Books of Accounts for the finical years 2026/2027 2027/2028 and 2028/2029

Therefore, eligible certified public auditors who are qualified per article 18 of council of Ministers Regulation No.332/2014 for Establishment and Determination of the procedure of the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia, having experience in conducting audit of commercial banking institutions are expected to express their interest by submitting their Technical and Financial proposals as per conditions specified hereunder.

1. Along with the proposals bidders shall present renewed trade license, VAT /Tin certificates, recent certificate of professional competency from authorized organ and other relevant documents as indicated in the Bid Document.

2. Bid document (TOR) is available from September 8,2026 up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 300 Birr Three hundred) during office hours at the following

5. Bids will be opened on September 30, 2026 at 2:30 PM at Ranu PLC Building 6st floor in training room in the presence of bidders or their representatives willing to attend
