ክፍያ የሚፈፀመው እቃው በተጠየቀው መሰረት መሆኑን በባለሙያ ተረጋግጦ ገቢ ሲሆን ይሆናል፡፡
መ/ቤቱ ግዡን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀነው፡፡
ክፍያ የሚፈፀመው እቃው በተጠየቀው መሰረት መሆኑን በባለሙያ ተረጋግጦ ገቢ ሲሆን ይሆናል፡፡
