Having been submitted valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (Domestic Bidders Only) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6

Having been submitted VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value of Birr 100,000.00 and above) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6.

Terms and Conditions
- ቅ/ጽ/ ቤቱ የጨረታ ሂደቱን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
- አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ከአሸነፈዉ ቧላ ለሁለት (2) ዓመት ዉል የሚገባ መሆኑ የታወቅ፡፡
- ክፍያዉን በተመለከተ ስራዉ ተሰርቶ ከተጠናቀቀ በኋላ ጠያቂዉ የስራ ክፍከል ስራዉ ስለመሰራቱ ማረጋገጫ ሲሰጥበት ክፍያዉ የሚፈጸም ይሆናል፡፡
- ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ስም አሰርተዉ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
- የተሽከርካሪ ነዳጅና ሹፌር ከአቅራቢ ድርጅቱ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡
- በሠንጠረዡ ውስጥ የሚሰጠው ዋጋ ቫትን ጨምሮ ወይንም ሳይጨምር መሆኑ ይገለፅ ፡፡
- መግቢያ ሰዓት ከሌሊቱ 10 ሰዓት ከየቤታቸው በመሰብሰብ 12 ሰዓት ላይ ሁለቱም መቆጣጠሪያ ኬላ ማድረስ እንዲሁም ከጧቱ 12 ሠዓት ላይ ያደሩትን ወደየቤታቸው ማድረስ ብቻ መሆኑ ይታወቅ ፡፡
- ዋጋ ሲሞሉ የሥራውን ዓይነት እና ፌርማታዎችን በጥንቃቄ አይተው ይሙሉ፡፡
