.1 ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚያቀርባቸው አገልግሎቶች ውል ከተዋዋለበትና ከተፈራረመበት ቀን ጀምሮ በገባው ውል መሰረት እስከ ሰኔ 30/2019 ዓ/ም ድረስ አገልግሎቱን የመስጠት ግዴታ አለበት፡፡
2. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ/አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በመሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
