The winner supplier must Prepare the Design of both the Book of Abstracts & the Proceedings.(አስቸኳይ በመሆኑ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ዲዛይን በራሱ በመስራት ህትመቶቹን በአጭር ቀናት ጊዜ ውስጥ ሰርቶ ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
Payment is after Delivery, Technical evaluation & Financial Processing
