(Ref: 4.6) - •አሸናፊ መሆኑ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ መጠይቁ ላይ በተገለፀው ስፐስፊኬሽን፣ መመዘኛ እና ማሳሰብያ መሰረት 4 አውቶብሶችና አስፈላጊ ሲሆን ተጨማሪ አውቶብሶች ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆኑ ማረጋገጫ ህጋዊ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለበት :
ተጫራቹ አሸናፊ መሆኑ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ መጠይቁ ላይ በተገለፀው ስፐስፊኬሽን፣ መመዘኛ እና ማሳሰብያ መሰረት 4 አውቶብሶችና አስፈላጊ ሲሆን ተጨማሪ አውቶብሶች ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆኑ ማረጋገጫ ህጋዊ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለበት

Bidder must submit valid trade license issued by the country of establishment in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6
(Ref: 4.6) - •Valid tax clearance certificate:
Bidder must submit valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (Domestic Bidders Only) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6

Bidder must submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value of Birr 100,000.00 and above) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6.
