-እያንዳንዱ Orginal / ዕቃ ጥራቱን/ የጠበቀ መሆን አለበት፣
-አሽናፊ ተጫራች አሸናፊ መሆኑ ከተገለጸበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሁለት ቀን ውስጥ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፣
-ጨረታ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ ካደረገ እና ተቋሙ ከተረከበ በኃላ ክፍያ ይፈጸማል፣
-መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡
-አሽናፊ ተጫራች አሸናፊ መሆኑ ከተገለጸበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሁለት ቀን ውስጥ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፣
