The bidding company must be established and in active continuous operation for a minimum of eight (8) years.
Certified copy of the original Principal Trade Registration or Certificate of Incorporation

Assigned Senior Network & Security Engineer (Qty. 2) must hold active manufacturer certifications (Fortinet NSE 4
/ FCP in Network Security or higher) and
3+ years of experience.
Updated CV and copies of valid professional Fortinet certifications.

- •2. Proof of Past Performance:
Demonstrate solid corporate experience in delivering enterprise network license renewals and ICT infrastructure support.
Minimum of three (3) formal recommendation or reference letters from clients.

Formal backing from the manufacturer to sell, register, and support the specific items in Ethiopia.
Valid Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) issued directly by Fortinet.

All license activation, registration, and administrative verification must be fully handled directly by the bidder.
Written declaration of commitment signed by an authorized signatory.
