/የጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡/
- አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርበው ዋጋ ከቫት ጋር መሆን አለበት
- ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸንፎ የማያቀርብ (አገልግሎት የማይሰጥ )ከሆነ፣ ለወደፊቱ በሚወጡ ጨረታዎች የማይሳተፍ እና ለግዥ ባለስልጣን ክስ የምናቀርብ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን ፡፡
/የጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡/
- አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርበው ዋጋ ከቫት ጋር መሆን አለበት
- ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸንፎ የማያቀርብ (አገልግሎት የማይሰጥ )ከሆነ፣ ለወደፊቱ በሚወጡ ጨረታዎች የማይሳተፍ እና ለግዥ ባለስልጣን ክስ የምናቀርብ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን ፡፡
