1 የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO 50,000(ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር) የብር መጠን የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2 አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ባዘጋጀው መጋዘን ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት:: 3 እቃዉን የሚራገፍበት ወጪ አሽናፊው ድርጅት የሚሸፍን ይሆናል፡፡ 4 ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ግዥውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ
