1. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 500,000/አምስት መቶ ሺህ ብር/ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ በአካል መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
2. አሸናፊው ድርጅት አትክልቶቹን ዩኒቨርሲቲው ዋና ግቢ ድረስ ያቀርባል፡፡
3. የአትክልቶቹ አቅርቦት የተማሪዎች ምግብ አገልግሎት ዘርፍ በሚያስቀምጠው የጊዜ ሰሌዳ ይሆናል፡፡
4. ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
