- የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት እስካን አድርጋችሁ ካያያዛችሁት በተጨማሪ በአካል በመቅረብ ማስያዝ አለባችሁ
- - አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ውል ከመያዙ በፊት በስፔስፊኬሽኑ መሰረት ያሸነፈባቸውን መኪና በአካል በማቅረብ ለተቋሙ ጥራት አረጋጋጭ ኮሚቴ ማሳየት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
- ከትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ክፍያ ውጭ ማነኛውም ወጭ ተቋሙ የማይሸፍን መሆኑ/ የነዳጅ፣ የሹፌር እና የመኪና ብልሽት/ መገንዘብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
- ተቋሙ የሚፈልገው የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ሲሆን አገልግሎቱ ጠዋት የመግቢያ የስራ ሰዓት እና ምሽት የስራ ሰዓት መውጫ ብቻ መሆኑን ማወቅ ይኖባቸዋል፡፡
- ቢሮው ጨረታ ከወጣው ፌርማታ በላይ የኪሎ ሜትር ጭማሪና ቅናሽ ካለ ታሳቢ በማድረግ የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ይደረጋል፡፡
- ውል ሰጭ መ/ቤት ውሉን የሚቋረጥ ከሆነ ከ1 ወር በፊት ለውል ተቀባዩ የሚያሳውቅ ሲሆን፣ ውል ተቀባዩ አገልግሎቱን ከማቋረጡ ከ3/ሶስት/ ወር በፊት ቀድሞ ለውል ሰጭ ማሳወቅ አለበት፡፡
- አሸናፊ ድርጅት አመታዊ ውል የመግባት ግዴታ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
- Receipt/ ደረሰኝ/ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
