1.This request for expressions of interest follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Development Business online, notice number WB178-695/07 January 5, 2007.The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a grant fromthe International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of NBE-Financial Sector capacity Building project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments on Quality- and cost -based selection (QCBS) for recruitment of International consultant for Strengthening Capacity of the Ethiopian Academy of Financial Studies (Professional Consulting firms required to have an extensive knowledge and skill in the areas of training management, curriculum design and development and knowledge of the global financial Industry) (RFP6/QCBS/H239-Et).
