South Ethiopia Regional State Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP) would like to invite qualified applicants for the following position.

Job Title: Regional Procurement Officer

Education

• B.A/B.Sc Degree in Purchasing or Procurement, Supply Management, Economics, Management, Accounting, Engineering and related fields of studies;

Experience:

• Eight years experience in public procurement in government organization or entities using government procurement rules or procurement rules of multilateral institutions; 4 years procurement experience in donor funded projects out of which minimum of two years shall be in World Bank financed projects.

Skills and Knowledge:

• • • Good ability in using computer applications/software;
    • Ability to work in team and independently;
    • Good communication and interpersonal relations skills;
    • Good report writing skill;

Duration of the Assignment:  one year contract with possible extension

Required No: 1 (One).

Salary:   As per the project scale

Duty stations: Regional LLRP Coordination Unit of South Ethiopia Region, Jinka,
