To all bidders that participated in the tenders for theRe-printing and Distribution of Grade 1-4 Mathematics and English Textbooks (MoE/GEQIP-2/ICB/G-08/13), Grade 5-8 Textbooks (MoE/GEQIP-2/ICB/G-09/13), and Printing and Distribution of Grades 1-2 Mother Tongue Textbooks and Teachers Guide (MoE/GEQIP-2/ICB/G-11/13).

Please be informed that, the Ministry of Education has decided to cancel the above mentioned tenders due to the following major reasons.

1.     The technical specification relating to the binding requirements has been found to be ambiguous.

2.     The quantity of textbooks and teachers guides to be re-printed was not correctly specified in the bidding document.

The Ministry of Education appreciates the participation of all bidders in the tenders.  The Ministry will rectify the problems and re-advertise the tenders as soon as possible.
