Water Development Commission (WDC), has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) dated 30May, 2020 on The Ethiopian Herald for a request for bid to carry out Civil Works Supply and Installation of Pipes &Fittings and Supply & Installation of Electro-Mechanical Equipment forAsayta-Afambo Multi-Village Water Supply Project.

Owing to the requests made by bidders for extension of bid submission &opening date, we hereby kindly advise all interested Biddersthat the bid submission &opening date of bids is amended as follows:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 05 August, 2020 at 10:00A.M. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ or designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 05 August, 2020 at 10:30A.M. (International times for Ethiopia)

In addition, the intended completion date for the whole of the worksprovided in the original Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) is amended to be18 monthsinstead of 12 months.

Finally, please also note that all other information in the SPN remain unchanged.
