Title: Procurement of 300kva Generator for Federal Public Procurement Property Administration Agency.

1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Public finance management (PFM) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract Procurement of 300kva Generator for Federal Public Procurement Property Administration Agency
2.  The Ministry of Finance (MOF), Channel One Programs Coordinating Directorate (COPCD) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of 300kva Generator for Federal Public Procurement Property Administration Agency

1.  Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for ESPES Borrowers Procurement in Enhancing Shared Prosperity through Equitable Services Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services  July 2016 and revised November 2017 and August 2018  and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
2.   Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from (please refer below no. 9)
3.  A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be cash.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 22, January 2021 at 2:00 PM at 2:00 PM Addis Ababa time; The Bid shall be opened on 22, January 2021 at 2:00 PM at 2: 30 PM Addis Ababa time at the following address. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. Please refer no. 8. 
5. All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” amount of ETB 60,000.00
6. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
