1. The Benishangul Gumuz Regional State Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resource(BGRSBoANR) has received  loan from the World Bank (WB) toward the cost of  Resilient Landscape Livelihood Project(RLLP)and it intends to apply part of the  loan to payments under the contract for Procurement of  office Equipmets to woreda information centers.

2. The Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following Office equipments. The number and identification of lots (contracts) comprising this RFB is:

3. Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedures as specified in  the World Banks Procurement Guideline: procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA credits  (Current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guideline.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the address referred below   from 8:30  AM to 5:30 PM of official working days.

5. The bides are open to all eligible bidders fulfilling the following requirements:-

5.1. The bidder must process copies a renewed trade license for 2013 E.C, TAX Clearance, Certificates of VAT and TIN No registration must presented   in the biding documents.

 5.2. Additional details are provided in the bidding documents.

6. A complete set of bidding documents in english may be purchased by interested bidders on  the submission of a written application  and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB  200.00(two hundred ETB) from Ministry of Agriculture, Main Office, Block B, Addis Ababa

7. One original and two copies of technical and financial bids sealed in accordance with the requirements presented in the instructions to bidders should be submitted to the address below, on or before June 2  ,2021  at 2:00 P.M and will be opened on June 2 ,2021   at 2:15 P.M   in the presence of the Bidders or   representatives’ who choose to attend at Ministry of  Agriculture, Main Office, Block B. Late submissions shall be rejected.

8. The bids will be valid for 60 days after bid opening

9. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
