Specific Notice For
Covid-19 protection materials advertisement No 310/13
SNNPR Agriculture and Natural resource development bureau RLLP needs to procure the following two items from recognized firms in open competitive bid.

Bidders should submit renewable trade license, trade identification number, VAT registration certificate, supplier registration list confirmation and any other supporting document with the bid envelope.
Bidders could buy SBD by 50 Br. within 21 days starting from 08, June 2021 GC to 28, June 2021 from SNNPR Agriculture and Natural resource development bureau in working time by person.
Bidders can get detail of the two items, type, technical specification, Delivery period and place, payment mode and other detail bid guidelines from the SBD.
Bidders should submit an authorized CPO or Bank guaranty for 20,000.00 bid security from recognized Banks in Ethiopian.
Delivery will be within 30 days starting from agreement date,
Bid validity will be 60 days.
Bidders shall submit and put the bid documents ( technical and financial ) in one envelope inside the bid box to SNNPR Agriculture and Natural resource development bureau at Hawassa city (Hawassa university avenue) office number 002 on 28, June 2021 G.C before 9:00 PM local time of Ethiopia.
Bid box shall be open on 28, June 2021 G.C at 9:10 PM local time of Ethiopia.
The procuring entity ( SNNPR Agriculture and Natural resource development bureau) has a legal right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
The bid opening date can be postponed to the next working date with similar time (9:10 PM) if the above mentioned date is not a working day.
