Oromia Irrigation and Pastoral Development Bureau invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of small centrifugal Surface water Pumps.

1. Oromia Irrigation and Pastoral Development Bureau has secured a budget from the AGP-II (Agricultural growth program-II) for purchase of 180 small centrifugal Surface water pumps for Micro irrigation development for resource poor smallholder farmers found at different AGP-II Woredas of Oromia National Regional State that already imported to inland and available at stock.
2. The Supplier companies are invited to submit their sealed Financial and Technical Original and copy separately enclosed in a wax sealed clearly marked & must be delivered.

1. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to Oromia Irrigation and Pastoral Development Bureau Procurement, Property Administration and Logistics Directorate  Building, 7th Floor in working hours and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two hundred only). The method of payment will be in cash only.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Irrigation Project Implementation Support Team (IPIST) of Agricultural Growth Program (AGP) located at the ADAMS PAVILION 5th floor, room number 3, 4 and 7 during office hours 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M.
3. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 A.M. 18 January 2022; Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
4. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at Oromia Irrigation and Pastoral Development Bureau 7th Floor Meeting Hall at 10:30 A.M 18 January 2022.
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid closing.
6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price including VAT 15% in the form of cash payment Order (CPO) or Bank guarantee only.
7. Qualification criteria stated in the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way.
8. Oromia Irrigation and Pastoral Development Bureau reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
