- The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Urban Productive Safety Net Project Credit No.: P151712 and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1] for Procurement of Hardware and Software Supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ICT for MIS.
- The Ministry of Urban Development and Infrastructure now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Hardware and Software Supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ICT for MIS, with in delivery period stated below:

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Urban Development and Infrastructure, Urban Productive Safety Net Project coordination Office and inspect the bidding document during office hour’s 8:30 am– 5:00 pm local time at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 200 (two hundred). The method of payment will be in cash. The document will be delivered by hard copy from the Ministry of Urban Development and Infrastructure, procurement Directorate, 1st floor, in front of National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE).
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below: Ministry of Urban Development and Infrastructure, Procurement directorate 1st floor on or before 11:00am 20 June, 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below Ministry of Urban Development and Infrastructure on 11:30am local time 20 June 2022.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 350,000.00
