Contract title: - Supply and Delivery of Farm Hand Tools
- The federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Agriculture received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Resilient Landscape and Livelihood Project (RLLP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Farm Hand Tools.
- The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following and other items:

- Bidding will be conducted through National Request for Bidding (NRFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Regulation: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consultancy Services under IBRD Loans and IDA credits and grants by World Bank Borrowers July 2016, revised November 2017 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement regulation.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture Procurement Directorate Block A. Floor 2, Room No. 2-2 and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 9:00 to 12:00 A.M and 2:00 to 5:00 P.M at the address given bellow.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders up on the submission of the written application to the address below and upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Birr 100.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment should be cash.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 22, 2022 at 2:00P.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on December 22, 2022 at 2:15 PM.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand Birr) in a freely convertible currency in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Insurance guarantee is not acceptable.
