                        OROMIA BUREAU OF AGRICULTURE

1. Oromia Bureau of Agriculture received financing from the World Bank the cost of Resilient Landscape and Livelihood Project (RLLP) for the Procurement of different IT Equipment.
2. The Oromia Bureau of Agriculture invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the following materials: -

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Oromia Bureau of Agriculture and are open to all eligible bidders from Eligible Source Countries.

4.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Bureau of Agriculture and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in the morning from 9.00 AM to 12:00 AM and in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday.

5.A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB. 200.00 (Two hundred birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. 

6.Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 26 January 2023 at 10:00 A.M in the Morning. Late bids shall be rejected.

7.Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the Address below at 26 January 2023 at 10:30 A.M in the morning.

8.A bid must be accompanied by a bid security amount indicated above table in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee only.

9.The purchaser reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all or part of the bid at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to bidders.
