Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Irrigation and Pastoralist Development Bureau / Oromia Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project procurement officer Ato Gossa Guta and Project Infrastructure Officer Ato Gemechu Fikadu and inspect the bidding documents during office hours (Monday –Friday ) from (9:00 am -4:30 pm ) at the address given below .
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee5 of 400( Four Hundred ) ETB.
The method of payment will be Cash deposited to Oromia Irrigation and Pastoralist Development finance Directorate . The document will be submitted Physically from Oromia LLRP
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 19December 2022 , 10:00am (4:00) Local Hour Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 19 December 2022, 10:30am (4:30) Local Hour.
Pre bid meeting will be held on 6 December 2022 on 10:am at the same address .
All bids must be accompanied by amount stated above Bid Security only CPO
