- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures asSpecified in the World Bank's “Procurement Regulation for for IPF Borrowers :Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World BankBorrowers("Procurement Regulation"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in The Procurement Guidelines.
- The bidders license Related to our invitation must be valid for year 2016 E.c , submit Tax clearance and Vat registration .
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Asella City AdministrationFinance office near Asella branch Ethiopian Electric utilityDepartment of procurement and property administration and inspect the biddingdocuments during office hours from 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM (local time) at the address givenbelow.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligibleBidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 300.00 birr. The method of payment willbe deposit in CBE Account No 1000022706261(Asellaketamliyuworedagenzebina Eco/Limat/Tsi/bet.)
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 6-may-2024 at 2:00 PM (LocalTime) and will be open the same day at 2:30PM (Local Time) on 30th calendar Daysfrom Announcement of the Ethiopian Herald. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone whochooses to attend at the address below at theend of this invitation and also bidders should submit sealed bid documents containingone original and two copies.
- All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security "CPO or unconditional Guarantee issuedby a Bank for Lot-1, 47,500 Birr Lot 2- 18,700.00 Birr/ and Lot 3- 18,500.00 BirrTotally for Lot 1,2 & 3 are = 84,700.00 /Eight four thousand seven hundred birr only/from a reputable Bankprepared in the name ofAsella City Administration Finance office.
- The Asella City Administration Finance office reservesthe right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
