With reference to the above-referred procurement subject, we have made the following amendments:

1. The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as ETB 300 Million (ETB Three Hundred Million) or US$ 2.3 Million (US$ Two Million Three Hundred Thousand) for the subject contract(s) net of the Bidder's other commitments.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10 June 2025, 10:00 a.m.
3. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address on 10 June 2025, 10:30 a.m. 
4. All other conditions stated in the original specific procurement notice remains the same
