አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት የሸነፈዉን ዕቃ የባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ ቅ/ፅ/ቤት ንብረት ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 003 የማስገባት ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ ክፍያ የሚፈፀመው ዕቃው በተጠየቀው መሰረት መሆኑን ባለሙያ ሲያረጋገጥ ይሆናል፡፡ ተወዳዳሪው ድርጅት ፕሮፎርማ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ ቅ/ፅ/ቤት ሳምፕል ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ ቅ/ፅ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ግዥውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
