LegalQualification
- • Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form : In case of Partnerships, Consortium or Joint Ventures, the bidder submit a separate Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form for each member; disclose at least one of the following: -1) Directly or indirectly holding 10% or more of the shares. 2) Directly or indirectly holding 10% or more of the Voting Rights or3) Directly or indirectly having the right to appoint a majority of the board of Directors or an equivalent governing body of the consultant or 4) Whether a person directly or indirectly exercises significant influence or control over the Company (tendered) (Ref: ITB 37.2(k))
- •Nationality: Bidder does have nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2. (Ref: ITB 37.2(a))

- •VAT registration certificate: Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(ii)), in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 5(b)(ii).; (Ref: ITB 37.2(g))
- •valid tax clearance certificate : Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.5(b)(iii). (Ref: 37.2(h))

FinancialQualification
- •Historical Financial Performance:
Submission of audited balance sheets and other financial statements as required in the BDS Clause 17, for the past [three] years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position and its prospective long-term profitability.

The Peak annual turnover calculated as total certified construction work payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the past Five years.

The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet the cash-flow requirement.

ProfessionalQualification
- •CVs of the Professional staffs: Bidder has failed to provide CVs of the Professional staff signed by the staff themselves or by the authorized representative of the Professional Staff. (Ref: ITB 37.3)
- •information related to its professional qualification and capability: Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 15.1; (Ref: ITB 37.3(b))
- • professional practice certificates: Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates, if required in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(iv). The contractor's professional practicing certificate should be in greenery and/or landscaping works of grade nine and above. (Ref: ITB 37.3(a))
- •personnel for the key positions:
Bidder has to demonstrate in its Technical Proposal that it will have the personnel for the key positions that meet requirements
Contract agreement of the Vendor Organization and Its Personnel shall be certified by the mandated Authority!

- •Performace:
The bidder should have had a commendable experience.

TechnicalQualification
- •Pending litigation:
All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than ,,,, [20] percent of the Bidder’s net worth and shall be treated as resolved against the Bidder.

Each Bidder shall bring the Bid security to Hawassa University Main
any Contract agreement of the Vendor Organization and Its Personnel shall be certified by the mandated Authority!Campus, Procurement Executive Office.
Contractor’s professional practicing certificate should be in greenery and/or landscaping works of grade nine & above.
And a contractor which is currently in a contract with Hawassa university in main campus for a similar work cannot participate in this bid..
