In connection to this project, Pro Pride invites qualified and registered consultancy firms to submit their technical and financial proposals to deliver consultancy service to co-facilitate a national seminar and develop TVET GESI Policy along with implementation guidelines.

1. Background

Invitation to Consultancy Service

Pro Pride is an Ethiopian Indigenous Non-Governmental Development Organization established in 1995 with a commitment to actively engage in the fight against poverty and accompanying vulnerabilities. The organization has been reregistered under the CSO Proclamation No. 1113/

2019.

In collaboration with CIFA and other partners, Pro Pride is currently implementing a project titled: Second Life: Developing Skills for the Green Economy and Decent Work in Ethiopia. 4. Inception Report (within the first one week);
5. Two-day Multi-stakeholder National Seminar facilitation materials (seminar schedule, presentation material and reading resources);

iii.      A Report on the National Seminar, including key findings, recommendations along with Inclusive TVET Action Plan;
