1. Bidders should present renewed business license and registration certificate for VAT, Supplier Registration on Electronic Government Procurement (EGP). Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority and Tax payers registration certificate.
2. Bidders shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand) from the Bureau,
3. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety- (90) days after bid opening.
4. Bid shall be submitted on 21th calendar day from this announcement date at 2:00PM afternoon, if the 21th calendar day lies on Ethiopian holiday, the last date of bid submission will be the next working day at 2:00 P.M. in the afternoon.
5. We notice that, bidders are invited to submit technical original plus three copies & financial original plus three copies separately enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to the Bureau.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the last date of bid submission, at 2:30 PM at the Bureau, Dilla. If this date will be holiday, then it will be opened on the next workday at 2:30PM after noon.
7. Historical Non-performance of the contract for the last two year is automatically rejected from the competition
8. The financial arithmetic error is above or below 3 (three) percentages the bidder must be rejected from computation.
9. A bidder can participate in two lots bid but must submit separate machineries and man power for each lot
10. The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
