MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices Invites eligible and qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for conducting a comprehensive, end-to-end assessment for the design. strategy. and implementation roadmap of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The assignment includes:

▪  Conducting a detailed organizational needs assessment

▪  Defining functional and technical requirements

▪  Evaluating system architecture options (in-house vs. outsourced solutions)

▪  Preparing a technical Request for Proposal (RFP)

▪  Identifying. and recommending qualified ERP implementation partners/vendors

Bid Submission Instructions

▪  Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals in two separately sealed envelopes (one labeled Technical Proposal and the other Financial Proposal).

▪  Both envelopes must be clearly marked and placed in the designated bid box.

▪  Bids will be opened on 14 April 2026 at 10:30 AM

▪  In the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives
