Gudina Tumsa Foundation (GTF) is a not-for-profit civil society organization established in 1992 and registered with the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) with a mandate to operate at the national level in Ethiopia. Founded by the family and friends of Reverend Gudina Tumsa, the Foundation was created to carry forward his vision through the provision of holistic services to marginalized communities. GTF began delivering development programs in 1992 and, for more than three decades, has been implementing projects and programs aimed at empowering communities to recognize their dignity, potential, and capacity to actively engage in both spiritual and socio-economic aspects of life.

In order to effectively support its organizational operations and program implementation activities, Gudina Tumsa Foundation (GTF) intends to procure vehicles for official use. Accordingly,. the Foundation hereby invites interested, eligible, and licensed vendors to submit sealed bids for the supply of the following vehicle:

Vehicle to be Supplied:

➢  One (1) Electric Vehicle

The vehicle will be used to facilitate field operations, coordination activities, and project implementation in various program locations. The electric vehicle to be supplied must comply with Ethiopian standards and specifications.

Bidders are required to submit detailed information as part of their bid proposals, including but not limited to:

➢  Unit and total prices

➢  Delivery schedule

➢  Warranty terms

➢  After-sales service and maintenance arrangements

Vendors with proven experience in the supply of vehicle are strongly encouraged to participate.

Interested bidders must submit copies of the following valid documents together with their bids:

➢  Renewed trade license

➢  VAT registration certificate

➢  TIN certificate

➢  Any other relevant supporting documents demonstrating eligibility and experience

Sealed bids must be submitted in person to Gudina Tumsa Foundation during official working hours at the address provided below.

➢  Bid Submission Deadline: April 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM

➢  Bid Opening Date and Time: April 2, 2026, at 2:30 PM (public opening)

Late submissions shall not be accepted.

Gudina Tumsa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason and without incurring any obligation to bidders.
