The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA toward the cost of Agricultural Growth Program and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

1.       The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture now invites eligible bidders/Contractors RRC/GC Grade 5/Five & above for the construction of small bridge specified below

2.       Bidding will he conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/ REB) procedure specified in the World Bank's Procurement Guidelines: under IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines

3.       Bidders should be Technical Evaluated with their Technical specification attached bidders technical proposal document Against Technical Evaluation Criteria of bidding Document based on world bank procurement guidline.

4.       Bids shall be valid for period of (90) days after bid opening date including 28 days specified on INB on section one of bid document.

5.       Bids security should be submitted in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO

6.       Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses, which are renewed for the year 2018 E.C. The following document & / Renewed license. VAT Registration Certificate & Tax payer Identification Number TIN. So the Bidder should have to be attached this document with technical proposal of their Bids document.

7.       A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the Regional state Bureau of Agriculture Procurement. Finance and property Administration Directorate Office L-67. Bahirdar. Kebele-03. up on payment of a none refundable fee birr 500 to the address indicated below.

8.       Bidders shall submit two envelopes. 'Qualification information in one envelope and "Financial Bid and bid security" separately in another envelope and should be combined in one sealed in an outer envelope.

9.       Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State. Bureau of Agriculture Procurement, Finance and property Administration Directorate Office L-67, Bahirdar. Kebele-03.

10.   Bids shall be closed on April-22-2018 FC at 4:00 AM Morning local time and opened at 4:30 AM Morning Local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend it. Late bids will be rejected.

11.   The ANRS Bureau of Agriculture reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
