Sound Engineering Solution PLC, a leading Grade-1 Highway and Bridge Consultant and Grade-1 Water Potential Consultant, is pleased to invite your firm to submit a technical and financial proposal for the development and implementation of a centralized Odoo-based ERP system.

We are seeking a strategic partner to transform our current operations ranging from Detail Engineering Design for highways and bridges to our Soil and Material Laboratory into a standardized, high-performance digital environment.

The selected Consultant will play a critical role in:

Digitalizing Project Supervision, ISO 9001:2015 Integration, and Continental Expansion

1.       Technical Proposal: Must detail your methodology for resolving "lack of consistent working methodology" and "poor record management".

2.       Financial Proposal: Must align with the milestone-based payment schedule outlined in the attached ToR.
