1. Invitation to Tender - Framework Agreement for General Maintenance Services
The Embassy of Sweden in Addis Abeba invites sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of a Framework Agreement for General Maintenance Services- Technical Caretaker Services, Preventive Maintenance Services and Emergency call- out Service at its diplomatic staffs' residences (6-12 villas- the number of residences may vary from year to year), Chancellery, and Ambassador's Residence in Addis Ababa.

3. Scope of Services:
The subject of procurement includes but may not be limited to:
1 Electric and Electrical System Work
2 Water and Drainage System Work
3 General building maintenance Work

The Embassy will not provide hard copies of bid documents. All bidders shall obtain the documents from the Embassy's website indicated above.
5. Submission of Tender
Completed bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes as instructed under the tender document and delivered to the Embassy of Sweden, Addis Abeba, Yared Street, Lideta Sub-City, Woreda 09, House number 891. EAT no later than 6th of April 2026, 16:00 hrs.
